The successful candidate will experience all aspects of the RCA operation but be predominantly focused on the market research & mystery shopping departments.
Remuneration will be communicated to the candidates who progress to the 2nd round of the application process.
It is advised that interested candidates be passionate about customer service & human behaviour.
The successful candidate will report to head of research, Geraldine Johnson.

Good attention to detail skills and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office & Google Apps
Must have own computer
Must have access to the internet (good connection)
Ability to work within strict deadlines and generally very organised
Strong administration, planning and time management skills
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
You will be able to work remotely.
